        you're welcome, yes I kind of started researching on health 3 years ago... not that I had weight problems, but I don't want to get all those illnesses and chronic diseases when I get older. And I am pretty confident now, that those are a result of our unhealthy eating habits, ofc the idea of what is unhealthy changes with everything you learn by doing your own research.

    I used to be somebody. At least, that's what I thought that I was supposed to be. However, I never really was alive. The present seemed more like a dream than the video games that I played.
    In December of 2012, someone enabled my clock to begin to press forward after all these years. I haven't looked back since.

    So I say unto you... never let them take your inch away from you. Our lives are too precious, and much too short, to spend them being anything less than ourselves.
