does anyone know if these exist or if it is possible to do so.

    I tried something like

    /ac Sic <mo>

(cast sic on Mouseover target) but it didn't work.

How do you normally set target for the pet? Do you target your pet then change target on it, then set it to do an ability?

or do you use the ability directly and the pet does it?

    <-- never play ACN.

The pet will automatically attack targets that agrro you, or if you attack one.
It does have a pet toolbar though with several castable abilities. So, if I want to sic my pet I would click or press the actionbar button corresponsing to "Sic" (castable command).

    try /ac sic <me>

I find that on abilities with no targets, it defaults to <me> in macros.
